Transfem (short for transfeminine) describes people assigned male at birth whose gender is feminine. That includes trans women, and nonbinary people who lean feminine.
MTF stands for male-to-female. It’s an older shorthand, and lots of girls still search with it. Many now prefer “trans woman” or “transfem”, but nobody here will correct the words you choose for yourself.
Trans woman simply means a woman who is trans. In the Den

Do I need to be on HRT to join?
No. HRT or not, out or not, medical, social or still deciding, there’s no minimum and nobody ranks transitions.
Is there a moderated transfem Discord?
Yes, The Pink Den is one. New members pass a quick verification step, and an active mod team keeps chasers and bad actors out.
